We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make the return or exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible. By initiating a return or exchange, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with no scratches, chips, or signs of wear. The original packaging (including any tags, labels, or protective materials) must be intact and included with the returned item. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
You must initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests, and no refunds or replacements will be issued. To start the process, please follow the instructions provided on our website, which will guide you through submitting a return request and obtaining a return authorization (if required). Please note that return authorization is mandatory for all returns, and packages sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
Custom or personalized bowls are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your custom bowl is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage or defect. We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or full refund, at our discretion, once we verify the issue.
For defective items or items that arrive damaged during transit, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, free of charge. To qualify for this, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged package and the item itself. This helps us process your request quickly and ensure that we address any shipping-related issues promptly.
For all other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size or style), you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you received free shipping on your original order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced return packages. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Exchanges will be processed once we receive and approve your returned item, and the replacement item will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of approval, using the same shipping method as your original order (unless requested otherwise).
If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., the wrong style, color, or quantity), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned to us at our expense and send the correct item to you free of charge. Please do not use the incorrect item, as this may affect your eligibility for a free exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund or replacement will be issued. We also reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for items returned without proper packaging or in non-original condition, to cover the cost of processing and restoring the item.
